Eliza most recently appeared in Sean Mathias’ critically acclaimed production of Filumena at the Theatre Royal Windsor, produced by Bill Kenwright Ltd.
A recent graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (RWCMD), Eliza has honed her craft through a range of diverse and challenging roles including Grace in Rebecca Jade Hammond’s adaptation of Medea set in Cardiff (Mad Margot) and starring as Elizabeth in The Welkin at the Sherman Theatre, Cardiff both with the Richard Burton Company. She also played the Duchess of York in Richard III.
Previous to this, Eliza completed her Bachelor’s degree in Drama with French at the University of Manchester where she was involved in performing, producing and directing a range of new writing shows in fringe venues across Manchester with the Drama Society (UMDS). During her time in UMDS, she won Best Supporting Actress twice at the Manchester In-Fringe Theatre Awards (MIFTAs) for her roles as Gale in Pomona (2017) and Thea in Spring Awakening (2018). Subsequently she helped transfer Pomona to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2018, to critical acclaim. She wrote her dissertation on movement analysis of Pina Bausch and continues to foster a deep love for movement based practice and performance.
With a passion for exploring dynamic and complex female characters, Eliza continues to make her mark on the stage, bringing depth and versatility to each of her performances.
